Last month I wondered where Mark Ronson was heading with his little 8-Bit Circuit Breaker teaser, and now we have a broader hint.

If you didn't get the message that he was leaving his big-band Amy-Winehouse-producer days behind, then the lead single off his upcoming album leaves no doubt.

Bang Bang Bang trades on the electro wave, but with a sly global coolness that doesn't really sound like everything else out there right now. We'll see how radio warms to this new groove, but I think this collaboration with rapper Q-Tip and Yeah Yeah Yeah's keyboardist MNDR is absolutely fresh and brilliant!
